Compatibility & Setup Instructions

This is a fully manual T-Mount lens—your camera cannot electronically detect or communicate with it. Before use, follow these steps:

Set both your camera and lens to Manual (M) Mode
In your camera menu, enable “Release Shutter Without Lens” or “Allow Shutter Release Without Lens” (exact wording varies by model)
We recommend using Live View for precise manual focusing
This lens does not support image stabilization, displays no aperture value on-camera, and does not record lens metadata in EXIF

Usage Tips

Focusing: Rotate the front focus ring slowly and precisely; for critical sharpness, pair with Live View zoom
Stability: Due to its long focal length and lack of built-in stabilization, we strongly recommend using a sturdy tripod and remote shutter release
Exposure Control: Adjust shutter speed and ISO manually:
- If the image is too dark: decrease shutter speed (e.g., from 1/125s to 1/60s) and/or increase ISO
- If the image is too bright: increase shutter speed (e.g., from 1/125s to 1/250s) and/or decrease ISO

Included & Optional Adapters

This package includes a T-Mount to Canon EF adapter. For other mounts, purchase compatible T-Mount adapters separately:
